Submitted a PowerPoint presentation beforehand about an investment thesis which took a while. Phone interview with an analyst first who got into past experience and what a swap is and some other fixed income stuff then went in person to their Toronto office and met with a few senior people who were really friendly and asked mostly fit type questions, very comfortable atmosphere and wasn't stressful at all
