Ecobee Interview Experiences

Final round had a 2 hour panel that included a game design question on the spot. Actually kind of fun. Before that was an HR screen then a technical hour with the engineering manager about past challenges.

Final round had a teardown exercise on a thermostat, identify components and explain how they interact. Bar was higher than expected. First two rounds were normal HR and behavioral.
