Johnson & Johnson Interview Experiences

They wanted my research background summarized in 90 seconds for the pre recorded video, plus two other timed questions. Multiple rounds after, behavioral and one technical on regression modeling and handling missing data. Waiting on final round feedback now.

19 days from application to rejection. Started with recorded video answers, 3 attempts per question. Then two behavioral rounds and a technical session on process improvement and Six Sigma basics. They pushed J&J values alignment throughout the whole thing.

My first university interview applied online and they scheduled it for 45 mins. Not technical as I thought they talked about who I would be working with then question me about some tools like PowerBI and microsoft excel formulas like sumif and xlookup.

Pre-recorded video thing first. Then had an interview that was mostly soft skills, some basic accounting questions and about working under pressure. Not super hard but also not much room to stand out.

3 questions about 3 mins each on a Hirevue, had to summarize professional experience in 90 seconds, harder than it sounds lol, then team interview where they kept referencing the Credo so read up on that beforehand
