Procter & Gamble Interview Experiences

First round was a case study where you had to analyze a brand's market performance and propose a campaign strategy, second was a group exercise with other candidates then manager call about previous internship and what you know about Procter & Gamble so know their brand portfolio and marketing approach.

Group interview with like 5 other candidates and two company reps, basic situational questions and then we did an Excel test where you could pick your difficulty level. I went with intermediate and it was fine, mostly pivot tables and conditional formatting.

Zero technical for an IT role, all behavioral. Aptitude test then two interviews, everything STAR format. They focused on leadership and taking ownership without being told to. All about potential and fit
