they give you a 24 hour take home case study with actual ridesharing data where you have to analyze it and write up a full report with your methodology and assumptions and conclusions. I spent way too much time making the writeup look good and polished and ran out of time to actually do proper modeling. should have just focused on the analysis first and cleaned up the report at the end.

Pre recorded video with like 6 questions then recruiter call, asked about working under pressure and basic system design stuff.

Campus placement, Codility OA one medium one hard then went into my ML project and gave me a linked list problem. Final round I inverted a BST in 5 minutes and then we just talked about Microsoft culture.

Did not expect probability and stats MCQs on the OA but there they were alongside DSA questions. Technical covered OS topics like paging and semaphores plus a project discussion. Behavioral was standard. About four weeks total.

15 min prescreen with their campus recruitment team just asking behavioral stuff. Then assessment day was wild, they put us in groups and gave us two business case studies to solve and present.

Recruiter screen was easy going, both technical rounds hard which I solved clean (tree optimization)

Coding round on SHL platform, 3 questions. Got through two but the third was a hard DP on optimal subarray partitioning that I couldn't crack in time. SHL is clunkier than LeetCode. Tech interviews never happened.

Coding round then machine coding where I built a simplified order book in Python. Technical interviews went into system design for a credit card reward tracking system and object oriented programming patterns. HR was quick at the end about long term goals and PPO interest. CRED interviews are more about design than algorithmic speed

HR had guesstimates and I was not prepared for that at all, they wanted an estimate for rides in Mumbai on a weekday. Before that was an aptitude test covering English reasoning math and computer fundamentals. Technical was two rounds, one on project discussion and programming basics and one with coding problems. Cut after the HR round.

NQT had aptitude, verbal and coding. Coding was string manipulation and trees. Technical round covered OOP and basic DBMS plus my academic project. HR asked why TCS and the five year plan question.

Standard hirevue then phone screen was conversational about projects and internships. Technical round after that had easy coding string manipulation and recursion and a behavioral round, way less intense than I expected for how many rounds there were.

OA was 4 medium-hard DSA. First had a tree problem and graph traversal. Second was harder with a DP problem. Manager round had a guesstimate about pizzas delivered in Mumbai daily where you need to walk through a framework.

Couldn't crack the PSDS round in time. OA was 4 questions in 60 min, got 3 done. PSDS had twisted constraints, one was BFS on a graph that mutates during traversal.

4 questions on SafeBrowser in 90 min, solved 2 fully and attempted a third. First technical round had a graph problem and a bit manipulation question, both hard. They push hard on optimization and time complexity throughout the whole process.

Coding round had 3 DSA problems medium to hard. Passed and got to machine coding round, had to implement a basic rate limiter in Java from a problem statement. Design was okay but my API structure was messy. Technical interview never happened.

Got the 5 interview questions emailed like 30 minutes before so I could prep i was so shocked . Interview was maybe 25 minutes, all behavioral. What do you know about us, scenario about how you'd handle conflicting priorities. Nothing technical which surprised me.

Knew the heap approach for median in a stream but couldn't get the implementation working in time. That was the technical round after getting shortlisted from the assessment. Rejection two days later

Know your window functions for SQL if you're applying here. Assessment had 3 medium coding and 2 SQL queries. One coding was reversing a linked list with constraints, another was LCA in a BST. 6 month internship in Bangalore

Submitted a PowerPoint presentation beforehand about an investment thesis which took a while. Phone interview with an analyst first who got into past experience and what a swap is and some other fixed income stuff then went in person to their Toronto office and met with a few senior people who were really friendly and asked mostly fit type questions, very comfortable atmosphere and wasn't stressful at all.

Three hour coding round with a graph problem, got a partial solution. Made it to the technical interview but AI and ML concepts tripped me up. They hire for R&D so it's different

Technical screen was SQL and then a product case on CoderPad about optimizing pricing strategies for different markets. So many A/B testing questions throughout. Causal inference came up a lot too so brush up on that.

Coding round was 3 hours for a single problem yes u read that right, very different form most companies. Mine was a data stream compression question combining hashing and binary trees. Technical interview after had OS and DBMS questions and a Python vs C comparison. HR round had a logic puzzle which I wasn't expecting.

Lost it at the fintech infrastructure questions in the second technical round, wasn't prepped for those at all. OA had 3 medium coding and 10 multiple chocie questions on networking and OS, passed that fine. First technical had a DP problem and graph traversal, got both done.

Never reached superday. HackerRank had two problems, phone screen covered probability, then the technical round was a graph problem.

Easier than most Indian tech companies honestly. Assessment was basic programming and logical reasoning. Technical went through my academic project and basic DSA. Behavioral wanted situational responses about pressure and team disagreements. About an hour total across 3 rounds.

Passed the SHL coding round. First tech round was binary search and sliding window. Second was low level design, build a library management system with full object model. Know your design patterns.

HackWithInfy path, online coding assessment on their platform, medium problem on arrays. Technical interview after covered programming fundamentals and they walked through my academic project in detail. HR was strengths weaknesses and why Infosys.

They liked anything location data or time series related given what Ola does. Aptitude was fine. Technical interviews covered ML projects then coding on arrays and graphs. HR had a guesstimate on driver supply.

Brutal OA, 4 hard problems. Two DSA rounds at LC hard level. Only apply if you're strong in CP.

Campus placement, NQT was easy and advanced coding had one easy one medium then covered polymorphism with real life example and SQL joins, managerial was scenario based

The LLD round was the real test. Had to design a delivery partner matching system with database schema and class interactions. Also OS concurrency and deadlock detection. Got through OA and PSDS before that. Min 6.5 CGPA required.

The caching and ranking logic in the system design question tripped me up. Online assessment first, then two back to back technical rounds. First was DSA, heaps and BFS. Second the interviewer wanted system design for a restaurant discovery feature.

Pretty straightforward, 8 weeks total. Aptitude verbal and coding was all easy LC level. Technical covered OOPs and DBMS, HR was quick about availability.
