QA Analyst Interview Experiences

Digital one way video thing, 3 behavioral questions with 30 seconds to prep and 2 minutes to record each and one attempt only. Group panel interview after that with 3 other candidates, three sections technical behavioral and general and it took like two months from application to rejection, insane.

HR basics first then technical on regression testing and DBMS fundamentals. No coding but they wanted SQL conceptually. Two weeks total also waterloo office.

Casual phone call about goals and education first. Then OOP concepts and how I'd test an embedded system function. Got a 5 day take home after, small scope but expected production quality
