Brookfield Asset Management Interview Experiences

Made an offer the same week. Single round with a managing director, about 45 minutes. Resume walkthrough and why real assets and infrastructure, why Brookfield over other alternatives managers. Very loose format. Short process for a firm this size imo.

One interviewer asked about failing without being able to go to a supervisor, unusual framing. Phone screen first then in person with four people, 30 minutes each. Mostly fit and resume. No technical questions.

Was just like a normal conversation talked through my resume for 20 mins and I asked questions for the rest
