Celestica Interview Experiences

Short recruiter call then a 45 min panel with a supply chain manager and an analyst. Questions about demand planning, supplier performance metrics and a short component shortage scenario. Also had questions about Excel and SAP experience.

The interns on the panel had better questions than the full time staff. 15 min phone screen first, then an hour panel, 4 people. Interns asked practical stuff about what I wanted from the term. Full time staff focused on past project outcomes and design decisions from coursework. No coding test.
