Up against really strong candidates on this one the interviewer literally said. Made it through the screening and case presentation but didn't get the offer. Mine was a real estate valuation for a provincial asset. Panel of 3, they were engaged and had good follow up questions.

They send you a case study ahead of time with a detailed briefing document, so you can actually prepare. HR screening first, then presented to a panel of 3. Case covered stakeholder management for a transit infrastructure project. Also got STAR questions about conflict resolution and time management. About 3 weeks total.
