Stantec Interview Experiences

Really no curveballs here. Panel of 3 people, ran about 35 minutes. Talked about relevant coursework, competing priorities and my interest in environmental engineering specifically.

Felt more like a conversation than an interview. Structural analysis and load calcs in person. Pretty casual

Total get to know you format, no technical questions at all. Phone screen first with personality questions then I met with a panel of three people. Strengths, learning approach, why this group.

I wasn't strong enough on the regulatory side and it showed. Technical call was with a senior environmental engineer, questions about contaminated sites, remediation approaches and the federal environmental assessment process.
