This company did the interview process in a unique way, by first hosting a zoom session for all interested applicants to provide an understanding of the surety industry. I highly recommend asking questions during this session if you come across something like this in the future.The interview itself was relatively straightforward with standard behavioural questios and 1-2 technical questions.
