Did the Hirevue first, 5 questions with 30 sec prep and 3 chances to re record each one. Then an assessment day with four strength based interviews each focused on one competency and a group activity at the end. The group activity was some kind of problem solving scenario with 4 other candidates and I found it hard to read how they were evaluating it. Not traditional behavioral so the questions feel different from the standard STAR format

Interview was very conversational. They did not ask many questions, rather let you ask them questions and guide the conversation. Be prepared with questions that demonstrate your interest in the team

45 min on Zoom with two people, half was about previous experience and half was conceptual like had me walk through how I'd predict future temperatures for a city and what coding language I'd use, very relaxed nice people and not super technical.
