The in person felt more like a coffee chat than a formal interview but they were clearly evaluating how you think about the real estate industry. Started with a pre recorded video, four questions about 90 seconds each on why commercial real estate and how you handle competing deadlines. Then went into their Toronto office with the team, very back and forth, asking about any property or finance coursework I had taken and comfort with financial modeling
