BBA & CS Double Degree Interview Experiences

There was not really a technical portion of the interview even though it did require SQL knowledge. Main focus was talking about previous experiences analyzing data and translating it into key ideas/telling a story. Some behavioural questions that asked about previous leadership and conflict management experiences.

There was only 1 interview for this role. The experience was very conversational and featured behaviour syle situational questions. They did ask a few clarifying questions about my resume and cover letter which demonstrated that they actually read it over in detail. No techncial questions. An interesting question they asked at the end centered around value and how you persoanlly measure value/impact.

Very conversational interview. The manager is trying to get a sense of you can easily hold a conversation and have basic people skills. No quiestions on technical softwares required such as CRMs. Some situational questions about what you do when there are competing priorities, giving feedback to someone more senior and conflict resolution.
