HR screening was basic, availability and background then meeting with my interviewer who had me write test cases for a calculator app and questions about static vs dynamic testing and Windows system stuff too.

Keep your unit ops textbook handy before this one. Technical interview was with two process engineers from the upgrader side. Went into fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer and then a distillation column scenario where I had to go through what happens when feed composition changes. Safety culture questions came up in both the technical and HR rounds, stopping work authority and recognizing unsafe conditions. They also asked about any plant visit or field experience. Thorough but not impossible.
