Business Technology Management Interview Experiences

The case was lighter on math than the strategy side, more about change management and stakeholder buy in. First round was a case involving a retail company's IT modernizaation and second was fit. They wantedr structured thinking and client communication, not just frameworks.

1st Interview: Spoke with HR and was primarily a resume walkthrough. 2nd Interview: Directly with Manager of Business Development. Walked through Resume. Asked a few technical questions. 3rd Interview: Directly with Manager of Business Development again. 4th Interview (Call): Spoke with HR regarding pay expectations.

The case was about IT consolidation, way less quant than I expected. Video interview after the OA. Rejected in 3 weeks.

first round interview is a group interview with other candidates and a campus recruiter. Next round is with the managers of the team you are going to be placed in.

Single round panel interview with manager and senior analyst on the Feddev team. Basic behavoral questions without any techincal questions.

Not too bad not much technical questions very polite interviewer and more tell me about your self, why you wanna join the company etc. and going through your resume.
