IT Analyst Interview Experiences

Random phone call for a 15 min screen then had to prepare a presentation on my problem solving approach, that was different from any other interview. After that a 30 min interview with STAR behavioral questions and resume stuff.

Typical behavioral. They did ask about a time you failed or where at fault, how you dealt with it and what you learned. Interviewers were very friendly and accomodating. The position was canceled in the end

No technical content for an IT role, just behavioral and situational. Applied through the co-op coordinator, got through to the interview stage. Lost points on a question about handling conflicting feedback from two supervisors.
