Campus event then hirevue then final round with a manager. Manager was asking why EY and about a project where I had to work with conflicting data. Nothing too accounting specific at the co-op level. Process took about three weeks and communication was good throughout.

Way easier than I expected, hireVue was 5 questions about teamwork and why Deloitte then two zooms with a partner and senior manager but they were both super relaxed more like a conversation. They spent half the time talking about their own experiences so have questions ready because they will ask

Recruiter screen was like 15 min, then they sent an online assessment with some accounting and Excel based stuff. Behavioral round after that was mostly about past projects and how I handle working with people who have different work styles. They wanted to know what I know about PwC's service lines which I had researched so that went well.

Video interview with timed questions first then a call with a senior person, personality based questions like why KPMG and do you have previous customer experience. Used the STAR method for everything, generic overall nothing memorable.

Assessment was pattern matching and situational stuff, 1 on 1 was behavioral CAR format and panel round was a lot but manageable.

Wonderlic aptitude test first through my university co-op office, then an interview for those who passed. Interview was behavioral and situational, not technical accounting theory. About 25 minutes. Questions about working independently and handling competing priorities

Networking dinner the night before. Two interviews, one resume deep dive and one where they asked what an audit opinion means and when you'd issue a qualified one. More technical than typical Big 4.

Got an offer in 14 days, fastest turnaround I had all season.

Half day virtual Launchpad event with presentations and group exercises then two 1 on 1 interviews. Standard behavioral and a simple case. CPA plans came up both times. Offer by end of week.

On campus interview had behavioral questions about internal audit plus a case study given 24 hours in advance (clutch). Thought I presented well but they picked someone else.
